The room was nice, clean, spacious, with a microwave, small refrigerator, and a table with two chairs. The bathroom was nice, clean, and the location is right next to the beach( 2 minute walk. ) I think others that complain about the smell do not realize what the ocean smells like. The room did not smell, but the drain in the bathroom smelled a little like ocean water (which makes sense). Bathroom was nice and spacious, but if you’re a bigger person or are more round in the middle, you might struggle to get into the shower (we didn’t have issues). All of the staff from the cleaning service people to the front desk were extremely nice, check in was super easy, and plenty of parking at this location. Outsides have comfortable porches to sit at and relax. Beds and pillows were comfortable, AC works very well. They have room service until 9, though we didn’t order it as well like to walk around town. There are washers and dryers to clean your clothes, and an outside shower on site to clean the sand from the beach before going back to your room. Tv has plenty of channels. Would gladly stay here again.

Perfect little spot! Great views if you ask, super close to the walk and room and patio were a perfect setup. Super nice staff, so good we went back to the same room the next night. Perfect location, great time. Thank you!

This is a nice cozy inn right on Mission Blvd. It is within walking distance from all sorts of food, drink and the of course the beach. You are a short drive to Mission Beach and other attractions.

We have stayed at this hotel many times for short stays as well as a month long stay. The staff, specifically Marlene, Alpha, Carla, Rebecca and Jim are always kind and attentive. I don’t know the names of the house keeping staff but wow they do a great job and are always smiling while working very hard. Any requests are always handled quickly. The pool is large, heated and clean. The location is what you want for a beach vacation. …. literally steps to the sand. I plan on returning again.

This is the best hotel there possibly is. A total hidden gem. I almost want to gate keep this because it is the only place my family of five will stay when we come to San Diego!!! As a mother of three their housekeeping service is top-notch. Rooms are clean and I always feel safe with my three children there. Everyone is friendly and kind and I couldn’t rave about this place and the staff more!!! Thank you so much for making our family vacations truly magical.

Location is perfect. Walkable to beach, shops & restaurants. Our room was lovely and the patio with table and chairs was a wonderful surprise. Will definitely stay here next time.

Rooms were nice and clean. Location was excellent with easy access to the beach. Parking was a little crowded if you arrive in late evening, but we always managed to find a spot. Pool was a really good temperature! Only downside is there were a lot of people living out of cars and vans right outside the window on the public street, but this isn't the hotel's fault.

Location Location Location! Steps to Pacific Beach, great restaurants and endless amounts of bars to choose from. Obviously not the del Coronado but clean rooms/beds, price point is very fair and the staff who run it are great people (I forget the front desk lady but she was A1). Don’t forget to enjoy a few parking lot beverages
