Beach a block away, newly renovated, large rooms with fridge and microwave, free parking, definitely not the Ritz, but great for the price.

Love this place!

I stayed in Pacific Shores Inn on 12/14/2013. When I arrived in the evening, the gentleman in the front office was very nice. My room was very nice and clean, but it was next to the stairs, which was my concern because my wife had light sleep. When I expressed my concern, the gentleman upgraded us to another room without any hesitation. We had a very solid rest in that night. On the next day morning, we asked the lady on duty about where should we visit, she was very patient and explained to us in detail. This made our visit to San Diego a very pleasant experience. We would recommend this in to our friend. Should we visit San Diego again, we'd definitely stay in Pacific Shores Inn!

We stayed in room 46 and it was so modern inside and very nicely decorated! Very friendly staff! The sheets were brand new because they felt a little stiff still and the breakfast was a smaller selection but yummy! Super close to the beach which was a plus! This hotel is for a more relaxed guest who doesnt need unnecessary amenities.. and I mean that in the best way! Definitely would return to stay again!

Great place to stay for holidays. Very near of the beach and you can park inside. Very recommended

Clean, cozy, really close to beach and eateries close by. Parking can be a challenge during busy season but well worth the stay. My husband and i have stayed several times and plan on doing so again soon.

A wonderful stay that inspires future stays at this hotel! -Fantastic location to beach, oceanfront beach walk, restaurants and stores -Housekeeping was very helpful with requests -After hours assistance was very helpful when I locked myself out of my room -Parking was great between 7am-4pm -Rooms were quiet -Beds were very comfortable -Room was clean, stocked and tastefully decorated -Check-in by Keaton (at PB Surf) was handled fast, courteous, friendly and professionally -Bus stop is right outside hotel -Easily walkable to restaurants and stores (within 5-10 min) -Beach access within 5 min walk from hotel
